Rihanna debuts LONGER & LOUDER red hair…

Rihanna debuted a brand new look today. Apparently, the 22-year-old has gone all Rapunzel with the red hair. It’s straighter. It’s longer. It’s louder! The star debuted her new look whilst doing some promotion at Sirius XM Satellite studios in New York City.

Her next couple of promo stops this week include Good Morning America, 106&Park, MTV’s Seven and a secret show in NYC. The fiery vixen released her new album ‘Loud’ internationally today. Due to the heavy requests, I will write an album review and post it tomorrow, so stay tuned. Photo source.

Why Is Rihanna Sporting Red Hair?

Rihanna's red hair, is the talk of the fashion world. She is looking stunning in her new look. When asked the reason for sudden decision of sporting red hair, Rihanna revealed that she has decided to tone down her choice of dress but wanted to do something interesting. Thus, Rihanna decided to go for red hair.

“With my hair I was ready for something new, something loud, something expressive and something fun. I’d had blonde hair
and it was so boring for me. Black is still my favorite color, but this time I wanted something edgier because I don’t like the edgy clothes any more. I guess I had to take the edge to somewhere else — my hair!” says Rihanna.

Rihanna these days is sporting more high end dresses and she has revealed that she loves Stella McCartney's designer clothes. >“With fashion the simplest thing like a star, or a flower, can inspire you. I’m into a lot of stuff to do with nature and colors now, just things that are really expressive. I wear a lot of Stella McCartney because what she does is great — she’s a top, top designer.”

New Song - Rihanna, 'A Child is Born'

Rihanna puts an island-inspired spin on Christmas with her new song, 'A Child is Born,' featured on 'Now That's What I Call Christmas! 4.'

The Barbados native joins the likes of Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Maroon 5 on the fourth installment of the 'Now' holiday series, which includes modern covers of traditional songs as well as original Christmas compositions.

But this isn't Rihanna's first foray into holiday music -- the 22-year-old singer also contributed 'It Just Don't Feel Like Xmas (Without You)' to 'Now That's What I Call Christmas! 3' in 2006.Although 'A Child is Born' has a counterintuitive sound, those who prefer the tropical sun to a fireplace will find this song to be the perfect soundtrack to their holiday vacation in the Caribbean -- or at least daydreams of it.

Rihanna Dishes On Nicki Minaj Collabos

Rihanna and Nicki Minaj's musical collaboration was so nice that they decided to do it twice. Not only did the dynamic duo pair up for a track on Rihanna's Loud album, but also on a tune for Nicki's debut, Pink Friday, both of which are out later this month.

When Rihanna sat down with MTV News recently to talk about her album, she confessed that the ladies have been in musical cahoots with one another for quite some time now. "We did work together on music for [Loud] as well as [for my 2009 release] Rated R," Rih explained. "It was the end of the album, but she was sending me these incredible songs. Like I wanted some up-tempo stuff from her that was kind of gangsta, but she sent me these ballads and they were beautiful and I couldn't believe that it was a female MC writing these songs. She's really talented and I want to work with her again." Rihanna did eventually get her up-tempo gangsta track from Nicki in the form of "Raining Men," which appears on Loud. The club-banging, girl-power anthem combines Rihanna's pop-superstar swagger with Nicki's hip-hop it-girl swagger. Minaj adopts an island accent for her verse in the tune. Meanwhile, the chorus pretty much sums up the bravado of the heavily hip-hop-influenced track, as Rihanna sings, "Falling like the rain/ So we ain't running out/ Always raining men/ So what you worried about."

Rihanna was more tight-lipped about her contribution to Pink Friday, but she did say, "We also worked together on her album. I can't say ... actually, the reason I can't tell you is because I don't know the official title of the song. It might be 'To Fly,' I'm not sure if that's the confirmed [title]." It was later revealed that the track the pair worked was simply titled "Fly."

The 22-year-old beauty, who previously revealed her plan to move to London, said, "I'm very excited to be in London, and surprised that so many people have turned out to see me. I love London, maybe one day I'd like to have a home here."

Rihanna also shared the excitement on her Twitter page, writing "Westfield Mall, London! Its BANANAS in here!" And it wasn't only the singer who was thrilled. Managing director of Westfield, Michael Gutman, told Daily Mail, "We are incredibly excited that Rihanna is launching Christmas for Westfield London.

She is a global star and has enormous appeal to our customers. Not only is her music of the moment she is also a fashion icon."

Rihanna To Own A Home In London

Pop sensation Rihanna said she loves London and would like to own a house in the capital one day. The Only Girl (In the World) singer expressed her love for London as she switched on the Christmas lights at Westfield shopping centre yesterday.

Rhi Rhi, who recently performed on X Factor, wore a red skirt and grey corset as she launched the official start to the festive season. The 22-year-old was joined on stage by a group of children from the Help A London Child charity as she illuminated the centre. Rihanna told Sky News: "I'm very excited to be in London, and surprised that so many people have turned out to see me. "I love London, maybe one day I'd like to have a home here." The Barbadian beauty added that she loves Christmas time because she 'loves gift-wrapping' presents for family and friends.

Katy Perry & Rihanna 'Fall Out' Over Wedding

Katy Perry has reportedly had a massive falling out with pal Rihanna, after she failed to attend her wedding with Russell Brand.

After RiRi revealed that she missed Katy's big day because of promotional duties for her new album Loud, allegations have now suggested that they are 'barely talking.'

According to Now magazine, a 'close friend' of the Only Girl (In The World) singer has claimed that Rihanna didn't want to be maid of honour, because she doesn't think Russell is good enough for Katy.The insider told the publication: "Rihanna told Katy she didn't think she should go through with it. She said she couldn't be a part of Katy's wedding since she absolutely doesn't approve."

They continued: "Rihanna and Russell are very rarely photographed together because she doesn't think he's good enough for Katy. She just doesn't get the attraction."

The pal also confessed that during Katy's hen-do in Las Vegas, the 22-year old Barbadian beauty spent most of the evening trying to talk Perry out of marrying Russell.
